This deal makes history as the first time a Formula One team has received full sponsorship payment in USD Coin (USDC), a stablecoin pegged to the U.S. dollar.

As part of the agreement, Coinbase’s logo will be prominently featured on the AMR25 race car, specifically on the halo and rear-wing end plates throughout the upcoming season. Additionally, team drivers Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll will sport the Coinbase logo on their racing suits, further solidifying the brand’s presence in the motorsport world.
